Fusion Works have implemented a new mobile work management system from EPiX Systems. This new technology enables each engineer to know what job or emergency to attend to next, and what they need to do, without constantly having to receive instructions over the phone from the office. This centrally controlled system passes all the necessary information back and forth through handheld PDAs.
